THE ART OF BECOMING
«To work with me is to step into a space shaped by nearly two decades of facilitation, a car accident that rewired my course, the rigors of plant medicine, and a lifetime devoted to art. If you want to go deeper in a way that holds up in daylight—translating into choices, relationships, and direction—then this is where our paths may meet»
Armin's journey into transpersonal creative work and healing arts was not merely a professional choice but a calling driven by his own transpersonal experiences. He believes that every person has the ability to change in a magical and transformative way to reach a new level of consciousness and liberate themselves on the way. His innovative approach has touched the lives of many, empowering them to embrace their authenticity, confront their challenges, and embark on journeys of personal evolution.
My journey into spiritual magic began after a severe car accident caused a sudden break in my artistic practice and left me with post-traumatic stress. An out-of-body experience during that moment uprooted everything familiar. It was only afterward, through deep initiations with entheogenic plant medicine, that I opened into transpersonal realms and discovered the subtle energetic fields shaping identity and reality. Working with the plants taught me how to live with what had shattered and transform crisis into practice.
«What began as an intermission in my arts practice became an immersion into the transpersonal. In this field, I learned to work with remembrance and recognition—the ability to notice what is hidden in the field and bring it forward. This is now the ground of the work I share with others.»
From these beginnings, I wove into my work the cultural streams of the Soothsayer from the Orient and the Mazatec Hablador. The Soothsayer’s gift is insight—speaking the unseen, reading the signs of the invisible world. The Hablador is a poet-healer, whose rhythms and chants in the night-long velada transform and heal the field with voice and presence. To me, both embody the essence of a poet—one who speaks from the heart of mystery, intertwining wisdom, speech, and presence for collective healing. This fusion became the foundation for my work: poetry as living ritual and the spoken word as medicine.
«I come to this work as both facilitator and artist. My approach is non-dogmatic and experiential—it does not depend on belief systems or ideology, but on practices that allow each participant to encounter themselves more deeply.»
As a creative and performance artist, I explored how movement, rhythm, and ritual—including the whirling meditation—carry us beyond habit and back into presence. My work with Amazonian plant and frog medicine taught me discernment: not to glorify visions, but to recognize truth, separate the real from the illusory, and honor that the work is never finished in one sitting. As a facilitator, I have translated these insights into therapeutic and artistic modalities that support people in tangible, human ways.
«This is the art of becoming: honoring inner initiations, listening for intuitive truth, and weaving healing through language and ritual. In the velada, transformation happens not only through plant spirits, but through poetry, story, and the gathering of souls committed to remembrance and recognition of their own magic.»
